Professional Land Surveyor
LOCATION: Sandy, Oregon
Job Summary
All County Surveyors & Planners Inc (ACS) has an immediate opening for a full-time Professional Land Surveyor at our Sandy, Oregon office. In this position, you will work closely with our Project Engineers, Planners, and Survey Staff. This is a dynamic position with flexibility to grow and work on projects that you enjoy. ACS provides surveying, engineering, and land use planning to a variety of public and private clients. Projects include boundary surveys, subdivision plats, partitions, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, site plans, construction staking and more. A Professional Land Surveyor’s License in Oregon or Washington is required as we provide surveying and engineering services in both states. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in boundary resolution.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveyor’s License, Oregon or Washington (Required).
- A solid understanding of boundary resolution and creating records of survey.
- Knowledge in all phases of land surveying and map preparation, including topographic
- surveys and ALTAs.
- Manage surveying projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform survey field work when needed.
- Experience with GPS equipment and procedures.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
