All County Surveyor’s & Planners, Inc. is currently located in Sandy, Oregon and has been providing civil engineering, Oregon land surveying, and land use planning for over 13 years. The company has designed projects throughout Oregon, Washington and Nevada. We developed all of the engineering and surveying plans for Collins Lake Resort. The company is owned by Dale Hult PLS (professional land surveyor), WRE (water rights examiner), who has been designing projects and surveying for over 30 years.
All County Surveyors & Planners, Inc. is a reliable firm with quality staff including both licensed professional land surveyors and professional engineers. Our staff is trained to work hard for you and communicate clearly with both you and the county surveyor.
Surveying level loops are performed and adjusted prior to any design. Our surveying staff provides checks on field measurements. Projects have at least two professionals review (including a professional land surveyor) them prior to leaving the office and then projects are reviewed by the county surveyor. All plans and contract documents are stamped by the engineer or land surveyor in charge. At the completion of each job we review the project and make adjustments as required.
Time sheets track daily tasks which are associated to each project which reduces billing errors.
